Peter Miller

Peter Miller is a Major Infrastructure Project Director with a robust history of leading significant infrastructure initiatives, including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1) and the High Speed 2 Programme. They held leadership roles such as Head of Environment for the West Coast Route Modernisation and Director of Environment & Town Planning at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where they have been instrumental in delivering environmental assessments and sustainable designs. Peter has also worked as an independent consultant and has experience in business management, stakeholder consultation, and environmental planning, including acting as a principal witness before the HS2 Select Committee on behalf of the Secretary of State. Educated in Landscape Architecture at Thames Polytechnic, Peter is committed to mentoring and fostering the career growth of others in the field.
