Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young is the Head of Skills and Inclusion (Supply Chain) at HS2 Ltd, where they lead a high-performing team focused on skills and employment in the UK's largest infrastructure project. With over 30 years of experience in economic development, regeneration, and skills, Rebecca has managed large teams and implemented social value strategies across various roles in local government. They have successfully overseen significant initiatives, resulting in thousands of apprenticeships and job placements. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Social Science in Economic Development at the University of Birmingham.
