Ros Seal

Ros Seal is the Head of Health, Safety and Security for Stations at HS2, focusing on embedding safety practices across various projects. In a previous role, Ros was seconded to support the HS Director for Phase 1, contributing to the transition of operational models within the organization. Ros's career began as an Environmental Health Officer after graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 1998, and they have since accumulated extensive experience in health and safety, including significant contributions to the London 2012 project. Additionally, Ros has served as the chair of the HS2 2gether disability network, advocating for change and diversity within the industry.
