Shaughan Dolan

Shaughan Dolan is an experienced stakeholder and communications professional currently serving as a Stakeholder Manager at HS2 Ltd since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing key stakeholder relationships. Over the years, Shaughan has held various prominent roles, including External Affairs Manager at the National Housing Federation and Director of Communications at E2E, guiding communications for a large membership organization. Shaughan also served as Secretary for the Business Action Council, coordinating policy workstreams and liaising with government departments. A background in campaign management is evident through positions at Entrepreneurial Giving and Conscience, where significant lobbying efforts and initiatives for peace were undertaken. Earlier roles include work as a Campaigns Agent for the Liberal Democrats and an intern for Lynne Featherstone MP and the Electoral Reform Society. Shaughan holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Aberdeen.
