Simon Clifford

Simon Clifford is a Commercial Manager at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, currently overseeing multiple phases of the rail project. They previously held the same position at HS2 from 2021 to 2022 and worked as a Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend from 2015 to 2021, with multiple secondments to HS2 and other organizations. Simon's career began as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor in 2003, and over the years, they gained extensive experience in quantity surveying and cost management across various construction projects and companies. Simon earned a degree in Financial & Project Management in Construction and studied Civil Engineering Construction at Nottingham Trent University.
