Simon Pearce

Simon Pearce is currently the Head of Programme Delivery (Northern) - Land and Property at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where they lead the programme for emerging rail schemes north of Birmingham. Previously, Simon served as the Head of Operations - Acquisitions at HS2 Ltd and provided direction in land acquisition projects. Prior to their tenure at HS2, Simon co-founded Carney Green and worked as a Senior Consultant at GVA Consultancy, co-founding a team focused on economics and social policy. Simon has also held roles at WM Enterprise and the Land Trust, enhancing their expertise in business consultancy and project management. They are pursuing a First Class BSc in Geography at the University of Birmingham.
