Simon Wills is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Strategic Advisor in the energy and infrastructure sector, currently serving in multiple advisory roles. With a career spanning over three decades, Simon has held significant positions, including Group Health, Safety and Environment Director at Centrica and Non-Executive Director for various organizations such as HS2 Ltd and the Oil and Pipelines Agency. Simon is adept in corporate governance, risk management, and operational standards, possessing deep knowledge of the power and energy supply chain. They have played a key role in large-scale organizational transformations and possess extensive expertise in M&A and business development within the UK energy sector. Simon received a BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University.
