Sindi Kaur

Shindi Kaur is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Talent Manager and Head of HR at HS2 Ltd since June 2018. Prior roles include HR Business Partner in Transformation & Projects at Mitie, Interim HR Business Partner at Wolseley, and National HR Business Partner at Inchcape plc, where strategic HR plans were developed for the Jaguar Land Rover Franchise. Shindi's expertise in HR transformation and project management is bolstered by senior positions at Lafarge Tarmac and Corus, as well as earlier roles at Santander, BAA, and Finning (UK).
