Stephanie Howell

Stephanie Howell is the Head of Public Affairs at HS2, where they focus on government and external affairs, policy development, and advocacy. Previously, they served as the Head of Public Affairs for Arup, leading their public affairs strategy across multiple regions, and as an Associate Director at Project Centre Ltd, where they managed communications and stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, Stephanie held a senior advisory role at Transport for London, contributing to key public affairs campaigns and policy implementation. Stephanie is currently pursuing a CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, a BA (Hons) in Business Management, and an MSc in Government, Policy, and Politics.
