Tim Smart

Tim Smart is Managing Director for Phase Two. He has been interim Managing Director since January 2019 and was appointed permanently in August 2019. He will continue the work which saw the Phase 2a hybrid Bill secure a significant majority of 246 votes in its final reading in the House of Commons.
