Tim Taylor

Tim Taylor is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation projects. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd since January 2018, Tim is integral to the hybrid Bill technical team for phase 2a. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Technical Assurance Manager at High Speed Two Limited, responsible for the assurance of design for Phase 2. Tim's background includes roles as Principal Engineer and Planner at Peter Brett Associates and as a Principal Engineer at Transport for London, where contributions included work on the Games Technical Team. Tim's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Transportation Planning and Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
