Tom Pooler

Tom Pooler is a Senior Sponsor at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where they support the embedding of benefits management capability across the programme. Previously, they worked as a Benefits Analyst at HS2 and spent over five years advising the Commander in Chief of Abu Dhabi Police on strategic and operational issues. Their earlier roles include Performance Analyst with West Mercia Police and Performance Manager with the Safer Roads Partnership in West Mercia, where they established management frameworks that contributed to high performance. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Derby and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
