Umesh Gorasia

Umesh Gorasia is an experienced project manager and strategy consultant with a strong background in civil infrastructure and policy development. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Civils Integration at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since July 2022, Umesh oversees significant rail infrastructure projects in Buckinghamshire, including multiple viaducts and bridges. Prior roles at HS2 included the position of Phase One Sponsor, focusing on the Main Works Civils programme in London and Buckinghamshire, and Project Manager for the EKFB Integrated Project Team. Umesh's prior experience includes serving as a Strategy Consultant at KPMG, where business growth and governance strategies were developed for various clients, and working as a Strategy and Policy Advisor at HM Treasury, contributing to critical government policy projects. Educationally, Umesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
