Winston Fraser

Winston Fraser is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering and site management. Established a career beginning as a Motor Mechanic at BMW, followed by various roles in the construction sector including positions as TBM/Control Room Engineer at Dragados-Sisk and Site Manager at J. Murphy and Sons. Currently serves as Construction Assurance Manager at HS2 Ltd since November 2025. Additional experience includes working as Section Engineer for Balfour Beatty and in various engineering roles across notable projects. Winston Fraser holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of East London and an NVQ in Electrical Installation from South Thames College.
