Arben Shala

Arben Shala has extensive experience in various fields, working as an elevassistent and fritidsledare at Framtidskompassen AB for over two decades. They have held roles such as slöjd teacher, trygghetsteam member, and facklig active representative. Arben has completed multiple educational programs, including studies in inredningsdesign and various pedagogical courses, while continuing to enhance their qualifications with HSB through leadership and property management training. Currently, Arben serves as a HSB ledamot and focuses on supporting NPF students in their educational environment. They are multilingual and passionate about community engagement and continuous learning.
