Jan Forsell

Jan Forsell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital channels, e-commerce, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Owner for User Experience and Boende at HSB, Jan is focused on enhancing digital user experiences through technical and design innovations. Previous roles include Head of Digital Channels & E-commerce at OKQ8, where Jan led the transformation into m/e-commerce services, and positions at ICA Banken, where Jan directed the development of digital banking services, and SEB, where key achievements included the launch of the Swish mobile payment service.
