Adrian Starkey

Adrian Starkey is currently the Assessment CoE Lead at HSBC Group, overseeing the implementation and evolution of the organization's assessment strategies in recruitment and talent management. With extensive experience across various industries, Adrian has held significant roles including Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and HR Professional for Saudi Aramco. Earlier in their career, Adrian worked as a Practice Leader at SHL and a Practice Area Manager at OPP, while also serving as an independent consultant and executive coach. Adrian is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and holds an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University.
