Ajay Deshpande

Ajay Deshpande has over 25 years of extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, holding various roles with increasing responsibility. Beginning as an Assistant Manager at Kotak Securities, Ajay progressed to key positions at Citicorp Overseas Software Limited, where significant contributions were made to global projects, particularly in production support and automation. At i-flex Solutions, Ajay served as a Consultant, specializing in Oracle's Corporate Core Banking Product while gaining deep knowledge in various banking domains. Currently, as Head of Middle Office, Product Control and Regulatory IT at HSBC Software Development India Pvt Limited, Ajay oversees a large team, manages numerous projects, and has played a pivotal role in transitioning to Agile methodologies. Ajay holds a Master of Management Studies in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
