Ajay Kidambi is currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel in Structured Finance & Real Estate Finance Legal at HSBC. They trained at Allen & Overy and qualified into the Real Estate transactional department, later serving as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP for four years, where they gained extensive experience in real estate investments and transactions. Ajay also completed a seven-month international secondment to Boston during their tenure at Ropes & Gray.
