Alan Walkow is currently the Head of Financing Legal for the Americas and the US Legal Lead for Derivatives Clearing Services at HSBC, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Alan served as Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC from 2021 to 2025, and held various legal roles at Goldman Sachs from 2013 to 2021, including Vice President and Senior Counsel. Alan also worked at Axiom, JPMorgan, Bear Stearns, and MF Global, bringing a wealth of experience in legal matters related to prime services and securities financing. Alan earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BS in Economics from Penn State University.
