Alex Hoyes

Alex Hoyes is the Head of Business Management, CTO at HSBC, where they also hold the position of Head of Transformation & Business Management in Telecoms. Previously, Alex worked at KPMG as an Assistant Manager and Associate, focusing on Lean Operations and Financial Management in Capital Markets and Banking. They then served as a Consultant and Manager at Accenture, specializing in finance consulting for Banking and Insurance. Alex has also consulted independently for Co-op Insurance and Swinton Group. They earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management and an MSc with Distinction in Corporate Strategy & Governance from Nottingham University Business School, along with a Management Accounting qualification and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
