Alicia Lim

Alicia Lim has extensive experience in the banking sector, specializing in product management and partnerships. At CIMB, Alicia served as Associate Director, leading various teams and projects such as the development of mobile wallets and cash management solutions. Later, as Vice President, Alicia focused on expanding retail banking through collaborations with partners to create innovative digital journeys. Currently, as Senior Vice President at HSBC, Alicia leads cash management product commercialization and initiates cashless transaction solutions while working closely with external partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client engagement. Prior experience at AmBank Group involved project coordination and vendor management as a PMO.
