Alina Boer is the founder of Upgradediri.com and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Planning at LuckyLights. With extensive experience in various managerial roles, Alina led numerous projects, including the production of training modules and was recognized as the Best Branch Manager at HSBC between 2007 and 2008. Alina's previous positions include Branch Manager and Financial Officer at Citi and AIG Lippo, respectively. Alina also holds a degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Indonesia and is pursuing a Master's in Hospital Management at Universitas Respati Indonesia.
