Alistair Griffin

Alistair Griffin is the Head of Performance for UK Customer Channels & Distribution at HSBC, where they currently focus on optimizing distribution strategies and improving commercial performance. They have held various roles in finance and management, including positions as a Finance Business Partner at Halifax and as a Senior Finance Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. Alistair's experience extends to senior positions at TSB Bank and first direct, where they managed products and led major account and lending initiatives. Alistair earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Sheffield and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
