Anant Katkar

Anant Katkar is currently a Vice President of Compliance at HSBC and has previously served in senior compliance roles at various financial institutions, including Citi, UBS, and Credit Suisse. With extensive expertise in trade surveillance, regulatory mapping, and risk management, Anant has managed teams responsible for monitoring electronic and voice communications, as well as implementing controls to meet compliance requirements across multiple markets in APAC. Anant holds a PGD in Investment Banking from ICFAI and has contributed to the launch of several surveillance systems and initiatives throughout their career.
