Andreas Eracleous

Andreas Eracleous is currently the Learning Design Practice Lead at HSBC, where they focus on utilizing blended and digital solutions to foster skill development. Previously, they served as the Talent & Learning Manager and Head of Performance & Learning at Legal & General, where they led various large-scale learning projects and managed the online learning platform. Additionally, Andreas has held roles at RSA Group and Prudential Assurance, developing and implementing leadership development programs and e-learning initiatives. They hold an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College and a BSc in Psychology from University College London.
