Andrew Archer

Andrew Archer is a Global UC Architect at HSBC, specializing in Unified Communications engineering with expertise in Cisco platforms, including Cisco Jabber. They have a proven track record in managing and delivering diverse IP Telephony, Video, Electronic Fax, and Collaboration projects while adhering to design standards and ITIL principles. Previously, Andrew served as a Telecommunications Specialist and Unified Communications Engineering Specialist at HSBC, and they have been an RAFVR(T) Officer in the Royal Air Force since 2008. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from the University of Lincoln.
