They have two decades of experience in the banking industry, including 14 years at the Central Bank of Malta, where they contributed to quantitative financial and stress testing models. Subsequently, Andrew served as Deputy Head of Banking Supervision at the Malta Financial Services Authority, overseeing the supervision of less significant credit institutions. Currently, Andrew is the Head of Liquidity and IRRBB at HSBC, with expertise in credit risk, interest rate risk, operational risk, financial modeling, and banking regulation.
