Andrew Hipwell is currently the Regional Agriculture Director for HSBC Bank UK, leading a team of 25 Agriculture Managers across the Midlands and Wales since 2010. Previously, Andrew held various roles within HSBC, including Chief Operating Officer in the Netherlands from 2003 to 2005 and National Field Sales Team Manager from 2005 to 2008. Andrew also managed corporate banking relationships and business development within the EMEA region earlier in their career. Andrew is pursuing studies at Guildhall University in London.
