Andrew Nettleton is currently the Head of Audit for South Asia at HSBC, overseeing internal audit functions across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Mauritius, and the Maldives. They previously served as Regional Head of Compliance for Citibank’s Consumer and Commercial Banking in the EMEA region and as Chief Auditor at Citibank Handlowy in Poland. Since 2015, Andrew has held leadership positions within HSBC, focusing on auditing for Commercial Banking globally. Andrew earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Commercial, Tort, and Land Law from the University of Exeter between 1982 and 1986.
