Andrew Owens

Andrew Owens is a seasoned professional in investment banking, currently serving as Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at HSBC Global Banking and Markets since 2015. They held the position of Executive Director at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance from 2000 to 2008 and were Managing Director of UK M&A Advisory at Barclays Capital from 2008 to 2015. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked as an Assistant Director at Baring Brothers & Co. from 1994 to 2000. They completed their studies in Politics, Philosophy & Economics at Brasenose College, Oxford from 1991 to 1994 after attending St. Edward's School, Oxford from 1985 to 1990.
