Andrew Skinner is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in service management across various industries. They held positions at WHSmith as a Customer Service Manager and served as a Service Delivery Manager at Royal Mail IT Systems. Andrew also worked at Computer Sciences Corporation, where they led global teams and implemented ITIL best practices. Most recently, Andrew has been with HSBC, first as Director of Global Incident Management and currently as Director of Global IT Change Enablement, where they champion global leadership in incident and change management processes.
