Andrew Stalker

Andrew Stalker is the Global Head of Cyber Risk at HSBC, where they oversee Cyber Risk activities globally, ensuring compliance with the Group's risk management framework. With a robust background in cyber and information security, they previously held significant roles at Barclays, including Chief Controls Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Andrew began their career at Penn China as Vice-General Manager, contributing to the establishment of the business in Asia-Pacific. They also served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, leading the International Vulnerability Management team. Andrew earned a BA Hons in International Business from Liverpool John Moores University.
