Previously, Andy held positions such as Associate Director at Principal Financial Group, AVP at MetLife, and Director of Retirement Services at Standard Chartered Bank, demonstrating strong sales leadership and strategic planning skills. They possess extensive experience in project management, having launched significant initiatives like the setup of HSBC Life Taiwan Branch and the development of a universal life product in Vietnam. Andy holds multiple professional qualifications, including CFP, FLMI, and ACS, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The University of Hong Kong.
