Ane Spilberg

Ane Spilberg possesses a diverse background in sales, talent acquisition, and human resources. Beginning as an Advertising Sales Consultant at The Commercial Appeal from September 2009 to May 2012, Ane contributed to the preparation of advertising campaigns and developed strategies to meet business objectives. Subsequently, as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist at Pontoon Solutions from August 2012 to May 2016, Ane leveraged various platforms to source candidates while conducting market research. From July 2016 to June 2018, Ane served as the Director of Benefits & HRIM at Derivco, managing employee elections and communications with carriers. Currently, Ane is the Head of Human Resources at HSBC, overseeing HR functions since August 2018. Ane holds a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Chicago State University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
