Angus Burden

Angus Burden is an accomplished professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as the Managing Director of Cyber Security at HSBC since 2020, where they lead global initiatives in business enablement and regulatory compliance. Angus previously held significant roles, including Chief Control Officer for Global Technology at HSBC and Chief Information Security Officer at ANZ. Their extensive experience includes positions as Interim Chief Security Officer at Lloyds TSB Group, Director of IT Risk & Security at Barclays, and Head of IT Security at Deutsche Bank, among others. Angus began their academic journey at Bethany School, where they earned a BA Hons degree.
