Apps Pasura is a seasoned change leader with 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with major institutions such as Barclays, Citigroup, HSBC, and JP Morgan. They possess strong expertise in strategy, risk, regulation, and financial crime, and have successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives as an independent consultant since 2013. Apps has previously held roles at Deloitte, where they managed consulting projects, and at HSBC, where they currently contribute to cost reduction and transformation efforts. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mysore, awarded with First Class with Distinction, and a Master's degree in Management from Cranfield University with a First Class distinction.
