Arvind Shukla currently serves as Vice President of Finance Systems Operations at HSBC, where they manage the Regulatory Reporting application and lead a Lite Automation team. They have extensive experience in incident and service request management, as well as automation projects utilizing Agile methodology and technologies such as Python, Power BI, and Qliksense. Prior to joining HSBC in 2017, Arvind worked at GlobeOp Financial Services and CGi Information Systems, where they developed solutions and supported production processes. Arvind holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from M.D College, Mumbai.
