Ashish Khattry

Ashish Khattry, FRM, is an Assistant Vice President and Lead Manager at HSBC since May 2013, specializing in the development of Basel IRB models. Prior roles at HSBC include Manager for Economic Capital Analytics and IRB modeling, Assistant Manager focusing on CCR and IRC validation, and Analyst responsible for regulatory interpretations and model governance. Prior to HSBC, Ashish coordinated literary events for the Spring Fest at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and contributed to the operations club at VGSoM. Ashish's earlier experience includes working at ABB Ltd. as an R&D Engineer and Project Engineer, where responsibilities included developing automation solutions and ensuring project delivery. Ashish holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
