Austin Copp is the Global Head of Client Money and Assets Compliance at HSBC, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial regulation and compliance. With a focus on CASS and Wealth Management compliance, Austin has held senior positions across various firms, including RBS Markets and International Banking and J.P. Morgan. Austin began their career in a front office role at HSBC and has spent significant time with the Financial Conduct Authority as a CASS Specialist Supervisor. Educated in Land Use and Management, Austin is also a chartered member of the CISI and serves as an Industry Specialist for CASS on the examination panel for the Investment Operations Certificate.
