Ayela Thilo possesses extensive experience in customer experience, legal, and regulatory affairs across various organizations. Notable roles include Director Customer Experience at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where strategic leadership enhanced health insurance customer experience, and Head of Government, Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Bupa, focusing on aligning policy with business objectives.
