Ayush Jain

Ayush Jain is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity advisory. Currently serving as a Director at HSBC since August 2018, Ayush Jain also holds a position on the Board of Directors at the Association of Investment Bankers of India since January 2022. Previously, Ayush Jain acted as Vice President at JM Financial, contributing to significant equity capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions, including notable IPOs for major companies. Ayush Jain's career commenced at Deutsche Bank in credit risk management, followed by roles at ICICI Securities and Allcargo Global Logistics in investment banking and corporate finance. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from D J Sanghvi College of Engineering.
