Bailey Sill

Bailey Sill is currently the SVP Head of the Credit Analyst Team, specializing in Credit Learning and Development at HSBC, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this position, Bailey served as a Credit Manager at HSBC from 2016 to 2022 and worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst. Bailey's early experiences include serving as a Train Your Brain Camp Counselor at Marshall School and interning in the City Manager's Office for the City of Evanston in 2011. They hold degrees in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University and attended the University College London for further studies in Economics.
