Barbara Chojowska

Barbara Chojowska has extensive experience in process improvement and transformation within major organizations, including IBM and HSBC. From May 2011 to December 2013, Barbara served as the EMEA Six Sigma Program Leader at IBM, where responsibilities included implementing Lean Six Sigma strategies across multiple business units and countries, coordinating training programs, and leading cross-functional teams. At HSBC, from April 2015 to August 2017, roles included EMEA Continuous Improvement Consultant and Process Reengineering Consultant, focusing on enhancing operational performance, process automation, and delivering Six Sigma training. Barbara's educational background includes postgraduate diplomas in Human Resources and Project Management from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera and Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie, respectively.
