Beatriz Ysabel (Bea) R. is currently the Vice President and Outsourcing Governance Manager at HSBC Philippines, focusing on Business Risk and Resilience. They have previously held roles such as Manager of Performance Services in the COO Office and worked as a Marketing Intern at Angkas. Bea was also an editor at The GUIDON, where they contributed to Vantage Magazine. They graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, where they also received a gold medal award in their Senior High School program.
