Becky Koch is the Vice President of Community Development at HSBC Bank USA, where they manage a $400MM community development loan portfolio focused on non-profits. Prior to this role, they served as Deputy Loan Fund Manager at Seedco from 1999 to 2002, administering a $13MM loan fund and helping to establish the Lower Manhattan Small Business Loan Fund post-9/11. Becky is also experienced in credit analysis and grants management, with a strong background in affordable housing and economic development.
