Benjamin Brewer is currently the Vice President of Global Equities and FX Product Control at HSBC, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked at BNP Paribas in Equity Derivatives Product Control from 2016 to 2018 and at J.P. Morgan in the Equity Derivatives Group from 2014 to 2016. They also served as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Connecticut from 2012 to 2014, and held an actuarial internship at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in 2013. Benjamin began their career as a Recruiting Assistant for the Statistics and Information Group at ESPN from 2009 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wesleyan University in 2009 and a Master’s Degree in Applied Financial Mathematics from the University of Connecticut in 2014.
