Bhaven Sheth is the Global Head of Insights and Customer Experience at HSBC, bringing over 22 years of experience in consumer insights and data analytics across the Finance and CPG industries. Previously, Bhaven held leadership roles at Mondelēz International, where they built and directed various regional insights teams, and at TNS and Research International, where they managed key client relationships. Bhaven holds a Master's in Management Studies from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, and a Postgraduate degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business. Their passion for consumer behavior and strategic insights has driven industry-leading growth throughout their career.
