They have a proven track record in architecting, managing, and optimizing reconciliation platforms for global financial institutions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance. Bhushan has led significant projects, including the AWS migration of TLM infrastructure and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, which have improved scalability and reduced operational costs. They hold a B.E. in Electronics and Technology from S.V.P.M. College of Engineering and a C-DAC in Information Technology from Mumbai Educational Trust.
