Bill Dickson is an accomplished executive in human resources with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as COO of Human Resources at HSBC since August 2019, Bill previously held significant roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Director of People Services and Delivery and CAO of Human Resources from January 2009 to June 2019. Bill holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy and Finance from the University of Strathclyde and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Bankers in England and the Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
